More than a thousand people near and far are expressing interest in new Winding Creek development along 500 acres of land in northwest Roseville.

The project reflects thoughtful planning in every way, which has been underway for nearly a decade.

The master-planned community will feature 2,000 family homes, parks, elementary school, retail, network of trails, walking paths and bridges, and so much more.

Future residents will also enjoy infrastructure improvements that will help traffic flow. Road extensions to Winding Creek, Westbrook and Blue Oaks will also cut emergency response times in half and allow residents greater access to everything around them.

Nearly 10 acres of land are reserved for mixed use of commercial and office business, including Raley’s and Nugget grocery stores. Nearby West Park High School has opened enrollment to families planning on moving into the new community.

Prospective homebuyers from throughout the state and as far away as New Hampshire are dialing in for more information about this exciting community.

They won’t have to wait too long as model homes are set to debut early next year.
