The food scene in Roseville is cranking up the heat.
Fahrenheit 250 BBQ restaurant is opening a restaurant in Roseville.
Likely to debut early next year, Fahrenheit 250 BBQ cooks handcrafted foods by wood and not pellets. BBQ dishes are cooked slowly at 250 degrees with locally seasoned oak and fruit woods, and served up with four unique sauces.
Meat offerings include ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, brisket, BBQ chicken, meatloaf and sausage. Sandwiches and burgers with ½ pound patties round up the other protein options.
Lunch hour specials are also available and collard greens, potato salad, brisket chili and house fries are some of the sides to pick from.
The appetizer menu has BBQ tacos, nachos, cornbread and wings.
Fahrenheit 250 BBQ will be located at 390 N. Sunrise Ave.
