A popular pizzeria food truck with a connection to Florence, Italy has opened up shop in Roseville.
Flour Dust Pizza Company, a Sacramento-area catering company, announced on Instagram that it will set up a brick and mortar restaurant on Foothills Boulevard, a first for the family-owned business.
The chef of Flour Dust Pizza brings a wealth of talent in pizza making and studied the art in Florence, Italy.
As an exclusive caterer, Flour Dust Pizza brought the incredible authenticity and tastes of Italy directly to the customers’ doors using wood-fired ovens on site.
Now, that magic of traditional pizza making is available in Roseville.
Along with the classic styles and toppings, Flour Dust Pizza dishes out made-to-order fresh mozzarella, spicy Caesar salads and other mouth-watering appetizers.
The restaurant opened in mid-December.
