Housing inventory is up across Placer County with the number of homes on the market increasing in Granite Bay, Roseville and Rocklin.
Specifically, inventory has jumped by 14.1 percent in Granite Bay with 113 listings available; 9.6 percent in Roseville with 307 listings available; and 9.2 percent in Rocklin with 155 listings available, in the last month.
With news about low inventory and high prices dominating the headlines over the last couple of years, this could be a sign that the market may be shifting. If inventory continues to increase and prices come down, there may be less competition among buyers and less bidding wars.
