Several cities across Placer County have seen an uptick in housing inventory over the last month.
Below is a breakdown for four cities:
- Granite Bay – There are 94 listings currently available, an increase of 6.8 percent over the last month.
- Lincoln – There are 156 listings available, an increase of 8.3 percent over the last month.
- Rocklin – There are 171 listings available, an increase of 11.8 percent over the last month.
- Roseville – There are 329 listings available, an increase of 16.3 percent over the last month.
As you can see, the local market may be easing up in terms of available inventory. This could be a good window of opportunity for buyers in Placer County. The area makes for a great place to raise a family, thanks to its good schools, variety of parks, places to eat, entertainment options and employment opportunities.
