Last month, we reported that Lincoln had a 35 percent increase in the number of homes sold. Lincoln’s real estate market still remains strong as it has the highest increase in inventory in Placer County when compared to Roseville, Rocklin and Granite Bay.
Right now, there are 182 listings available in Lincoln, a nearly 14 percent increase over last month. The second highest increase of the cities mentioned above is Rocklin, which only saw a 1.3 percent increase in the numbers of homes available in the last month.
With a population of 45,902, Lincoln features award-winning wineries, beautiful golf courses, biking trails, a Las Vegas-style casino in Thunder Valley Casino and Resort and a history-filled downtown. For the avid golfer, there is Turkey Creek, Lincoln Hills and Catta Verdera Golf Clubs.
