Homes are selling well in Lincoln, which saw a 35 percent increase in the number of single-family homes sold over the last month.
Specifically, there were 81 homes sold in the city, and there are 158 listings currently for sale, with 69 listings pending.
With a population of 45,902, Lincoln features award-winning wineries, biking trails, a Las Vegas-style casino in Thunder Valley Casino and Resort and a history-filled downtown, with buildings dating back as far as 1860. Lincoln offers its residents modern amenities without losing its small-town appeal.
