A new bakery is coming to Roseville.

Pushkin’s Bakery and Restaurant is planning to open its second location in the Sacramento area in spring of 2019. The bakery calls itself a “wheat/gluten and dairy-free dedicated bakery.” It is dedicated to all-natural baked goods while eliminating gluten, wheat and dairy.

The menu includes everything from maple walnut scones, salted pecan crunch cupcakes, blueberry cobbler, zucchini bread, toasted almond apple cakes, peanut butter chocolate s’more sandwiches, chocolate banana peanut butter muffins and more. They also serve sandwiches, breakfast items and vegan options.

They even make full-size wedding cakes.

Pushkin’s, which has 4.5 stars on Yelp, will be located at 1220 Roseville Pkwy.
