We told you in February that homes were hitting the market in Granite Bay at an increased rate. Since then, the pace has picked up.
Over the last month, the number of homes for sale in Granite Bay has increased a whopping 42 percent. There are currently 64 listings available in the area.
Granite Bay isn’t the only Placer County community that is experiencing an increase in inventory. The number of homes for sale in Rocklin is up 6.9 percent, and 6.2 percent in Roseville. This could be part of a trend happening across the country of inventory loosening up as the market slowly switches to a buyers’ market, or at least a more even buyers-sellers’ market.
