An eatery that specializes in chicken fingers and lightning fast service is on its way with two regional locations, including Roseville.

Based in Baton Rouge, Raising Cane’s has filed construction plans for a location off Galleria Boulevard, which includes drive-through access and a 3,857-square-foot location.

An On the Border restaurant has maintained a stand-along building near the planned restaurant in Roseville.

Raising Cane’s uses “Never Ever Frozen” chicken tenderloins with a patented marinade for its famous chicken tender fingers. The cook-to-order menu includes crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and a selection of sauces.

The first Raising Cane’s opened in 1996 with the simple concept of making quality chicken fingers that are served quickly. Today, the company has more than 500 locations in 27 states, including international sites.

Whispers about a Roseville-based restaurant were heard as early as 2018.

Add another dining option to the already plentiful list that Roseville has to offer. It is yet another reason to call the area “home.” Contact us today if you are interested in purchasing a new home in Roseville.
