We recently reported that the number of homes for sale in Roseville was on the rise, and now there are more signs of a booming market in the area – the number of homes sold in Roseville jumped 35 percent from the previous month.
More specifically, 73 homes sold in Roseville in the last month, and there are another 138 listings currently pending (a 66 percent increase). In addition, there are 185 homes for sale.
Roseville has blossomed into a city with 128,615 people and covers a total of 42 square miles. The city features great schools, endless restaurant options, golf courses, a water park, several corporate headquarters, hiking and biking trails, creeks and more.
There is a lot happening in Roseville, with a new trail being built into Royer Park that will be extended so that there will be a continuous, six-mile trail from Sierra College Boulevard to Darling Way; a new piano bar heading to downtown; new restaurants; luxury health clubs coming and more!
