Roseville has been named as a top 10 U.S. small real estate market.
As part of a study that included 300 cities, Roseville came in 10th place when factoring in things like home sales turnover rate, median home price and job growth. (Roseville came in 16th overall.)
The news comes on the heels of Roseville being ranked 18th best overall in the U.S. and 8th best for small cities for first-time home buyers.
In addition, Placer County recently was named the No. 1 county in California in terms of quality of life. Placer County also ranked:
- Second in Social and Economic Factors;
- Third in Health Factors; and
- Fourth in the state in terms of Overall Health Outcomes
Much of this was discovered after researchers factored in the schools, businesses and recreational activities available in the counties across the state.
